This is an amazing gym! The trainers are very informative and helpful with teaching the skills to obtain the goals you are looking to reach. The workouts leave me feeling exhausted but also accomplished. I have been more than happy with the results I’ve gotten from being a member at this gym! I can not imagine going back to a life of wishing I looked a certain way. I now enjoy getting up 4 to 5 mornings a week and putting in the hard work to achieve the look I use to wish for!

I am doing a 16 week challenge and actually love working out now. The variety in the workouts prevents getting bored and I need the accountability to stick with it. Best place to work out. Lots of fun and great workout in 30 minutes. Instructors always encouraging and helpful. Like having a personal trainer. Been going for a month and seeing results is motivation enough for me!!!
