KTA Fitness opened in February 2015 and is located next door to KTA Taekwondo. Since then, the Mint Hill community has embraced our fast-paced, total-body circuit workouts. Best of all, there is no set class schedule, your 30-minute workout happens when you are ready!
The studio provides you:
